Welcome to Bettys Cookery School
Whether you’re a complete cooking novice hoping to learn the basics, or an aspiring chef looking for new ideas, we’re confident there’ll be a demonstration or course at our Cookery School to suit you. You’ll find us in Harrogate, next door to our Craft Bakery, where we make all the breads, cakes and chocolates for our six Bettys Café Tea Rooms. As a diverse business we’re able to tap into our own rich resource of talent and expertise. Our Master Bakers host our bread-making courses, on chocolate courses you’ll meet our Chocolatiers and on our Yorkshire and Swiss courses you’ll learn from our experienced chefs. We’re passionate about sharing our interest in food with children – whether it’s by working with local schools, or hosting school holiday courses. Whatever course you choose, you can rest assured our experts will help you learn in an enjoyable and supportive environment. Our modern, purpose-built training kitchen has a large demonstration area and plasma screen - there can’t be many better-equipped places to learn. Come and cook with us soon, |
