Lisa has worked for Bettys for over 25 years in every corner of the business and no one is better placed to share Bettys secrets! She was awarded Bettys Craftsperson of the Year in 2011.

As a passionate food writer, Amy loves the challenge of writing our recipes.
Amy graduated from Leith's School of Food and Wine and has worked as a freelance chef for some of London's top caterers and restaurants. Since joining Bettys she has trained with our expert chocolatiers.
Chris brings 30 years of experience and knowledge to the Cookery School and loves learning all that is new in the culinary world.
Chris joins us having spent the last 15 years as Head Chef at a local country house hotel where he cultivated his own kitchen garden. We are delighted to share in his classical cookery experience and passion for bringing home grown produce from garden to table.
David believes that there's a budding chef inside everyone!
After 10 years as a chef in a number of luxury hotels and restaurants around the world, David brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the school. He is particularly passionate about Italian cuisine having trained with a top Italian chef.

She is enthusiastic about nurturing and inspiring others with her love of good food and technical knowledge; whether it be for a classic Victoria sponge cake or exquisite pâtisserie perfection.
Locally born chef Andy is passionate about using high quality Yorkshire ingredients in his cooking and proudly supports some of the counties finest food suppliers.
He takes delight in showcasing to his customers, innovative seasonal and locally sourced menus. After 18 years in respected hotel and restaurant kitchens, Andy has joined to Bettys Cookery School keen to share his experience, skills and enthusiasm for creating exceptional quality food at home for friends and family.
