Journey to Portugal where the diet includes many staples of traditional Mediterranean cuisine - full of fresh flavours and tangy spices.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Sardines with Heirloom Citrus Salad & Herb Dressing
- Peri Peri Spatchcock Chicken & Summer Salad
- Portuguese Custard Tarts
You will also make: Baked Eggs, Chorizo & Salt Cod which will be eaten as part of your lunch.
