Join us to learn the secrets of some great, timeless Bettys classics.

The cakes you will make on this course have stood the test of time and remain some of our most popular classics.

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Vanilla Slices - made with delicious puff pastry from our Craft Bakery, a layer of Raspberry Preserve and a luxurious Vanilla Custard and finished with a beautiful fondant feather topping.
  • Chocolate Éclairs - light choux pastry filled with Chantilly Cream and topped with a Milk Chocolate Ganache frosting.
  • Fondant Fancies - you will learn the skillful technique of hand dipping Bettys Fondant Fancies and then decorate them with a choice of pretty finishes. (The Fondant Fancy sponges are not made as part of this course.)
