With aromatic spices and bold flavours a plenty, you'll create a mouth-watering banquet of vegetarian dishes inspired by the subcontinent.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Pea, Mint & Potato Samosas
- Paneer Jalfrezi - marinated Indian cheese in a medium spiced Garam Masala with pepper and tomatoes
- Bombay Potatoes - potatoes cooked with turmeric served sautéed with caramelised onions, mustard seeds & fresh ginger
- Peshwari Naan Bread - stuffed naan with the sweet flavours of sultanas, pistachios & coconut
